Product Questions

Do the prints come framed?
No, all artworks are supplied UNFRAMED. This is so we can charge lower shipping costs and give customers the flexibility to select their preferred colour/style of frame that is within their budget.

Where can I buy frames that fit your prints?
The sizes that are available on our website are standard print sizes which means you should be able to find a suitable frame at most retailers. Department stores like Big W and Target have a good range at reasonable prices while specialty stores like IKEA and Harvey Norman stock many frames in all sizes and colours. In our opinion though, it's hard to go past your local discount store (such as Roni's or the Reject Shop) for both value and choice!

Do you leave a bit of extra room for the print to overhang the opening of my frame?
Yes. The final trim size of the prints is approximately 0.1 inch larger in width and height than the sizes indicated on our website. For example, our 16" x 20" prints will have a final size of approximately 16.1" x 20.1". This is to make it easier when placing the prints into standard sized frames.

Can you print sizes other than what are on your website?
Yes! We understand that the frames you purchase might not fit the standard sizes we have available on the website. Please send us an email with the size you require and we will get back to you with a price. Generally, the price will be the same as the closest standard size print offered on our website.

What types of paper do you use?
For our 3 larger size prints (11" x 14", 12"x16" and 16"x20") you can choose from Premium Semi Gloss Photo Paper or Deluxe Velvet Fine Art Paper. This selection is made when adding your product to the shopping cart. All other size prints (4"x6", 5"x7", 8"x10" and A4) are only available on Premium Semi Gloss Photo Paper.

What is the difference between the Premium Semi Gloss Photo Paper and the Deluxe Velvet Fine Art Paper?
Our Premium Semi Gloss Photo Paper is a quality media designed for photographers and graphic artists enabling high resolution reproduction with accurate colour. It features a heavy-weight construction with a thickness of 250gsm and has a semi-gloss finish.

Our Deluxe Velvet Fine Art Paper is manufactured from 100% cotton with an acid free base that has been buffered for extended durability and print stability. It has a matte surface coating with a beautiful textured bright white finish and a thickness of 260gsm.

What type of ink do you use?
We use Epson UltraChrome K3 Pigment Inks

Who designs your artwork?
All Nursery Wall Print artworks are designed by Paul Sommer.

Will the prints look exactly like they do on the website?
The images and designs will look exactly as they do on the website however colours may vary slightly depending on the colour settings of your computer monitor.

How do I send you the details for my Custom Name Print?
The easiest way to send us the details for your Custom Name Print is to fill out the Note to Seller field at the Checkout stage.
Alternatively you can send an email to sales@nurserywallprints.com.au after your order is placed. Be sure to include your order number.

Do you provide a proof for the Custom Name prints before printing?
Yes, for customised artworks a proof will be emailed before the printing goes ahead to ensure you are happy with the final product and all details are correct.

Can I request changes to an existing design i.e. a different colour?
Yes, in most cases we will be able to accommodate your request, please send an email to sales@nurserywallprints.com.au specifying the product name and the changes you would like made and we will confirm. For more complex changes an additional charge may apply.

Can I request a design which isn’t on the website?
Yes, please email sales@nurserywallprints.com.au with your request and we will let you know if this will be possible and if there will be an additional charge 

Website Questions

Why can’t I select a quantity?
If the quantity field is greyed out and showing unavailable, please check that a paper and size option have both been selected.

Why is the paper type/size that I want unavailable?
Deluxe Velvet Fine Art Paper is only available for our 2 larger size prints (12”x16” and 16”x20”). If you are ordering our smaller size prints (5”x7”, 8”x10” and 11”x14”) you will need to change the paper selection to Premium Semi Gloss Photo Paper to proceed with your order.

How do I add a product to the cart?
Select your paper and size choice and enter the quantity you would like to order and click on the green Add to Cart button. You can then go to your shopping cart and continue to checkout.

How do I use a discount coupon?
If you have a discount coupon code you can enter this into the coupon field at the Shopping Cart.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment directly through the website using either Mastercard or Visa.
We also accept payment with PayPal. Both of these options are available to choose at the checkout.
Direct bank deposit is available upon request. Please send an email to sales@nurserywallprints.com.au for our bank details.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details on your site?
We do get asked if it is safe to use your credit card over the internet for payment of orders. And we take credit card security seriously as do all reputable internet retailers. We use the latest SSL security technology to protect against credit card theft. You will notice at the checkout that the website URL changes from the standard http:// to the secure https://.

How do I contact Nursery Wall Prints?
You can send an enquiry from the contact page on our website. Alternatively you can email sales@nurserywallprints.com.au.  

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to make any required changes. If your order has already gone to print, unfortunately we will not be able to make changes.

Do you have a Facebook page?
Yes. We'd love you to like and follow us on Facebook.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do. You can purchase your Gift Voucher here.

Do your prices include GST?
Because we are still considered to be a small business, we are not obligated to charge GST on our products.

Shipping Questions

How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $85.00 and a flat rate of $5.00 for orders under $85.00 to anywhere within Australia.

How is my item shipped (mailing tube, envelope etc)?
Larger size prints will be sent in a mailing tube, smaller prints will be sent in a non-bendable cardboard shipper.

Where is my item being shipped from? 
Your item is being shipped from Stanhope Gardens in NSW.

How long will it take for my order to be sent once ordered?
We will despatch your order within 2 business days from when your order is paid for. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 3-7 working days from the day your order is shipped for delivery depending on your location. Products are shipped from NSW metro.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item to notify us of any damages and we will send you a replacement product as quickly as possible. Photos of how the damaged item arrived are appreciated so we can work to improve the packaging standard for future orders. 

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery depending on your location. If it has been longer than 7 days, please contact us at sales@nurserywallprints.com.au and we will investigate.

What do I do if I am not happy with the product ordered?
Please email us at sales@nurserywallprints.com.au and we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What do I do if I have received the wrong product?
If we have sent you the wrong product, please contact sales@nurserywallprints.com.au as soon as possible and we will send out the correct product to you straight away.

What is your returns policy?
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If there is a problem with your product please email us the details and we will attempt to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
We currently ship within Australia only.

Do you have a retail store or online only?
We currently operate as an online store only however very soon we will be selling at markets around Sydney so keep an eye out.
